Scope and Definitions

This Bdok Bonus Policy forms an integral part of the Bdok Terms and Conditions of Use and applies to all bonuses, promotions and free spins offered by Bdok unless the offer terms state otherwise. For clarity, the following terms have the meanings set out below where used in this Policy:

  • Bonus Balance: Funds credited to your account as part of a promotion, free spin, or bonus offer, subject to wagering requirements or other conditions.
  • Real Balance: Your actual money balance that can be withdrawn following successful wagering reduction of bonus funds.
  • Wagering Requirements: The number of times the bonus amount (and, where relevant, related winnings) must be wagered before any withdrawal is permissible.
  • Non-Cashable Bonus: A bonus that, once wagering is completed or the bonus is consumed, cannot be transferred to real balance.
  • Pending Bonus: A bonus that becomes available for use only after specified wagering conditions have been satisfied.
  • Irregular Play: Activities identified by Bdok as abusive or exploitative of the bonus system, including patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements.

Eligibility and Activation

Bonuses are generally available to players who have an active Bdok account and have made at least one qualifying deposit, unless a specific offer states otherwise. The minimum deposit to qualify for a deposit-based bonus is €20 or the equivalent in the account’s configured currency. Some promotions may be credited automatically on eligible deposits; others require manual activation in the Promotions area. Targeted campaigns may be offered to identified recipients only. Bdok reserves the right to block eligibility or to withdraw a bonus in cases of suspected abuse or non-compliance with the Promotion Terms.

Bonus Issuance and Balance Interaction

You will generally be required to use your Bonus Balance after first using your Real Balance. If a wager placed with Bonus Balance yields winnings, those winnings are credited to the Bonus Balance unless the wager completes all wagering requirements and the bonus is cashable; in non-cashable circumstances, any remaining bonus balance may be transferred to Real Balance only at Bdok’s sole discretion.

If a bet uses both Real Money and Bonus Money, any win is added to the Bonus Balance. If a bonus or free spins is credited directly to your account, it is subject to this Policy and any bonus-specific terms. If a promotional bonus cannot be located in your account, contact Bdok Customer Support before placing bets and the bonus or spins shall be credited in accordance with the applicable terms.

Deposit Eligibility and No-Deposit Bonuses

Bonuses are generally available only to players who have made a deposit, unless the individual offer states otherwise. If a no-deposit bonus or free spins are provided, the maximum win or withdrawal from such bonuses is capped at the greater of €100 or twice the bonus amount, with the higher figure applied. Some promotions (including free spins) may be non-cashable and subject to wagering or other restrictions as stated in the offer.

Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements apply to deposit bonuses, non-deposit bonuses and bonuses granted with free spins, except where explicitly stated otherwise in the offer terms. The standard wagering term is 30 times the total bonus value (deposit plus bonus when applicable). If a bonus is not awarded as part of a deposit offer or if the total bonus amount exceeds the deposit amount, the wagering requirement may apply to the bonus only at 60 times. The maximum bet while wagering is the lower of 10% of the original/credited bonus amount or €5 (or the equivalent in the account currency), whichever is lower.

Game Weighting and Contribution to Wagering

Bdok applies three wagering groups to bonus participation, with game contributions as follows (unless stated otherwise in the offer):

  • Standard wagering: bets in most games count toward wagering, excluding Slots and Scratch games.
  • Mixed wagering: 10% of bets in non-Slots and non-Scratch games count toward wagering requirements.
  • Special Mixed wagering: 50% of bets in non-Slots and Scratch games count toward wagering requirements; available on select promotions and to qualifying players.

For all wagering groups, bets placed on Crash-style games count toward wagering at 20%. When multiple bonuses are active, wagering is applied to the bonus with the largest amount first, and real-money funds are exhausted before bonus funds are wagered.

Bonus Points and Redeemable Value

When a bonus is added to your account, its wagering requirements are converted into bonus redeem points. The rate of conversion varies by currency and is displayed in the Bonus page within the Personal Area. Redeem points accrue as wagering requirements are satisfied; they are applied toward future bonus redemptions or, at Bdok’s discretion, toward withdrawals in line with the prevailing terms.

Timing, Expiry and Cancellation

Unless otherwise stated, you have up to 30 days to meet wagering requirements for deposit bonuses. If a bonus is not used within 30 days, it may be cancelled and removed from your balance unless you have a real-money balance. Pending or consumed bonuses may be reinstated at Bdok’s sole discretion with full wagering conditions, regardless of prior wagering activity.

Non-deposit bonuses or free spins may have a separate 24-hour window to meet wagering requirements before the bonus and any winnings are removed, unless stated otherwise in the offer terms.

Bonus Abuse, Irregular Play and Monitoring

Bdok has zero tolerance for bonus abuse. Irregular Play includes, but is not limited to: low-margin or hedged betting patterns, uniform bets across different games to meet wagering, using multiple accounts or collusive activity, or any other pattern designed to exploit the bonus. Bdok reserves the right to deny, revoke or reclaim a bonus and related winnings for irregular play, suspend accounts, and confiscate funds where abuse is detected.

Withdrawals, Caps and No-Deposit Rules

Payouts are applied to the largest eligible bonus that has been funded and used. Where no deposit has occurred or where permitted by the offer, the maximum withdrawal from a no-deposit promotion is €100 or twice the bonus amount, whichever is greater. Live dealer games may require funds from the withdrawable balance and may be prohibited when using no-deposit bonuses or certain bonus types.

Compliance, KYC and Deposits

Bdok may require identification and verification before processing withdrawals on the first qualifying deposit. For withdrawals, players must provide documentation (identity document, proof of address, and, where applicable, payment card copies) in line with Bdok’s KYC policy. Deposits and bonuses are credited in the currency configured on the player’s Bdok account.

Promotions, Communications and Changes

Bdok reserves the right to cancel, alter or terminate promotions at any time without prior notice. Promotional communications may be sent via direct channels; players may opt out by contacting customer support. If promotional terms conflict with the general Bonus Policy, the terms of the individual promotion apply.

General Provisions

Bdok may correct misconfigurations, errors or misattributions of bonuses or winnings by removing affected winnings and re-issuing the reward under the correct configuration. The terms herein are subject to change and supersede all prior versions of bonus terms for Bdok promotions. In case of any dispute, Bdok’s decision is final.
