General terms and scope

These terms and conditions govern the use of Bdok and the Services offered through the Bdok platform. By creating an account, placing bets or using any Service, you agree to be bound by these terms and any applicable laws and regulations. Bdok may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated as required by law and will take effect on the date stated in the notice or on the next use of the Services if no date is stated.

Definitions

  • Bdok means the operator of the Services and any affiliated entities offering the Services.
  • Account means the Bdok account opened by a user for bona fide engagement with the Services.
  • Services means the online betting, gaming and related features provided by Bdok through the platform.
  • Bet means a contract concluded on the outcome of a specific event, subject to these terms and the applicable rules of the Service.
  • Competitive events includes sports, e sports, casino games and other wagering opportunities offered on the Bdok platform.
  • KYC stands for know your customer procedures used to verify identity and age.
  • Governing law means the jurisdiction referenced in these terms for the resolution of disputes.

Eligibility and account registration

  • To participate in the Services you must be a natural person and at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. Bdok may require documentation to verify identity, age and residence in accordance with KYC rules.
  • You may hold only one active Bdok Account. Bdok may suspend or close additional or duplicate accounts and may reverse any transactions in its sole discretion if multiple accounts are used to influence outcomes or evade limits.
  • Credentials including usernames and passwords are personal and must be safeguarded. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account regardless of who initiates it.
  • Bdok reserves the right to refuse, suspend or terminate an account for any legitimate compliance, security or risk reason, including failure to verify identity or suspected illicit activity.

Security, privacy and data protection

Bdok processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the Services you consent to Bdok collecting and using personal data for Know Your Customer, anti money laundering and regulatory purposes. Bdok uses reasonable security measures to protect data; however no system is completely secure and Bdok cannot guarantee absolute security.

Cookies and tracking technologies may be used to improve the Services. You may be able to adjust preference settings, but certain essential cookies are required for the Services to operate.

Deposits, withdrawals and funds

  • Deposits must be made using a payment method approved by Bdok. You may be required to provide additional information to verify ownership of the payment method.
  • The minimum deposit amount is €5 or the equivalent in your account currency. Deposits are credited to your Bdok account once processed by the payment service provider.
  • Withdrawals are subject to verification and processing times as published by Bdok. Withdrawals are paid to the original payment method where possible, subject to regulatory requirements and anti money laundering checks.
  • Bdok may charge fees for certain payment methods or for certain types of transactions as described in the Deposit and Withdrawal schedule published within the Services. Bdok will provide notice of any fees before they apply.
  • Inactive Accounts: an account with no logins for a period of twelve consecutive months and with a positive balance will be charged an inactivity fee as described in the fee schedule. Bdok may suspend or terminate the Service to an inactive account in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Betting and gaming rules

  • All bets are subject to the terms of the Event, the applicable game rules and these terms. The odds, limits and rules of each event are set by Bdok and may be adjusted in real time in accordance with the event circumstances and platform rules.
  • Bet acceptance occurs when the bet is confirmed by Bdok. Bets placed on an event after its official start time are generally not eligible unless explicitly allowed. Correctly entered bets cannot be altered or cancelled by the user after confirmation, except as permitted by these terms or the event rules.
  • In the event of a pricing error or system malfunction, Bdok reserves the right to void affected bets, adjust winnings or cancel bets as appropriate. If a single event mispricing occurs, the affected bet is void and the stake is returned; for multi event bets the impacted leg may be treated as a loss or void depending on the specific circumstances.
  • Maximum winnings on any single bet are limited by Bdok in accordance with the product type and jurisdiction. Bdok will publish any applicable maximums in the product rules and the Help pages.
  • Promotions and bonuses: Bdok may offer promotions. Promotions are subject to specified terms including wagering requirements and expiration dates. Bdok may suspend or revoke a promotion if fraud or abuse is suspected.

Promotions and bonuses

Promotional offers may apply to sports bets, casino games or other services. Each promotion has its own terms including eligibility, wagering requirements, time limits, and wagering contributions. Promotions may be cancelled, amended or withdrawn by Bdok at any time without prior notice in accordance with applicable laws. Any decision by Bdok regarding promotions is final and binding.

Anti money laundering and verification

Bdok conducts ongoing checks to verify customer identity and assess risk. You agree to provide documentation upon request, including government issued ID, proof of address and payment method ownership. Bdok reserves the right to suspend or close accounts and withhold funds if required by law or if suspicious activity is detected.

Intellectual property

All content on the Bdok platform including software, trademarks and game content is owned by or licensed to Bdok. Users receive a limited, non exclusive license to access and use the Services for personal, non commercial purposes in accordance with these terms. No content may be copied, modified or distributed without Bdok consent.

Disputes, liability and disputes resolution

Bdok exercises reasonable care in providing the Services but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Bdok is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, except to the extent prohibited by law. Any disputes arising from use of the Services will be resolved in accordance with the governing law. The parties may choose a mutually agreed dispute resolution mechanism including arbitration where permitted by law.

Governing law and jurisdiction

The contractual relationship between you and Bdok is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Bdok holds its operating license. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts or regulators in that jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory provisions to the contrary and any agreed alternative dispute resolution mechanism where permitted by law.

Changes to the terms

Bdok may revise these terms, including product related rules. Where required by law or regulation, Bdok will provide notice of material changes. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Account termination and closure

Bdok may suspend or terminate an account for breach of these terms, unlawful activity or at Bdok's sole discretion. Upon termination, Bdok will settle any remaining balance in accordance with applicable laws and internal policies, subject to withholding where required for regulatory or legal reasons.

Geolocation, device and VPN policy

You acknowledge that Bdok may verify your location and device information. Access from jurisdictions where the Services are not permitted may result in account suspension or termination. The use of VPNs or other methods to circumvent geolocation controls is prohibited and may result in account restrictions, forfeiture of winnings or closure of the account.

Miscellaneous

  • Severability: If any provision becomes void or unenforceable the remaining provisions remain in force.
  • Entire agreement: These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Bdok in relation to the Services.
  • No waiver: A failure by Bdok to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
  • Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these terms without Bdok consent. Bdok may assign its rights at its discretion.
  • Force majeure: Bdok is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond Bdok's reasonable control.
