Purpose and scope
Bdok’s Responsible Gaming Policy sets out the standards by which Bdok operates to promote safe, controlled, and enjoyable participation in its gaming services. It governs the handling of customer interactions with Bdok products and services and aligns with applicable gambling laws and licensing conditions. This Policy applies to every Bdok customer and their use of Bdok platforms and services.
Age, eligibility and identity verification
Participation in Bdok’s gaming services is limited to individuals who are legally of age to gamble in their jurisdiction, and Bdok will verify age and identity as required by law. Accounts found to involve underage access will be suspended or closed in accordance with regulatory obligations. Misrepresentation of age or identity is prohibited and may result in service restrictions or account termination.
- Underage gambling is strictly prohibited. Bdok will take appropriate action if underage use is suspected or detected.
- Identity and age verification requests will be conducted securely and in line with data protection obligations.
Our commitment to safe gaming
Bdok recognises gambling as a leisure activity and is committed to minimising harm by providing practical tools and clear information to help players stay in control. This includes ongoing staff training on problem gambling, responsible advertising practices, fair and understandable games, and accessible information about responsible gaming.
Recognising and addressing risk
Bdok provides guidance to help players assess their gambling behaviour and seek appropriate help when needed. Players should consider seeking support if their gambling is no longer fun, or if it causes financial, emotional, or relational harm.
- Frequently spending more time or money than intended.
- Attempting to recover losses by continuing to gamble.
- Neglecting work, study, or relationships due to gambling.
- Gambling to cope with stress, boredom, or negative emotions.
Limits and other self-control tools
Bdok offers four self-control tools to help customers manage their gambling activity: deposit limits, wagering limits, loss limits, and session time limits. These tools are designed to enable players to stay within planned budgets and time commitments.
- Deposit limit: set per day, week, or month. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a seven-day waiting period before taking effect.
- Wager limit: set per day, week, or month. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a seven-day waiting period before taking effect.
- Loss limit: set for a defined period. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a seven-day waiting period before taking effect.
- Session time limit: cap time spent on each session. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a seven-day waiting period before taking effect.
Limits can be managed in the customer’s Bdok account under the Limits section. Reductions are effective immediately; increases take effect after the applicable waiting period. Users should acknowledge that increasing a limit may permit higher exposure before the new limit becomes active.
Time-Out
Time-Out provides a short-term break from gambling for a defined period. A Time-Out can be set for one week or one month. It takes effect immediately and prohibits deposits, access to products, and placing bets during the Time-Out. Reversing a Time-Out before expiry is not permitted. Bdok will implement safeguards to minimize marketing during the Time-Out period, and new account creation or attempts to bypass restrictions will be prevented.
Cooling-off period
The Cooling-Off period allows a longer break from gambling, typically six months. It takes effect immediately and blocks deposits, bets, and product access for the duration. Remaining balances may be withdrawn in accordance with Bdok’s withdrawal terms and applicable policy. Reversing a Cooling-Off prior to expiry is not permitted. Marketing communications may be restricted within two working days of confirmation. New account creation during Cooling-Off will be blocked.
Self-exclusion
Self-exclusion enables a customer to exclude themselves from Bdok gambling for a defined period, after which reactivation is subject to review. Self-exclusion applies to Bdok platforms only and does not automatically extend to other operators. Submission of a Self-exclusion request should include identifying information and a brief description of the reasons for exclusion. Processing will occur within a defined timeframe. Once applied, login and withdrawals are blocked, and any remaining balance handling will follow Bdok’s internal policies and applicable laws. Marketing communications are restricted during Self-exclusion. To reactivate, customers must engage with Bdok support to complete the required steps. New account creation will be blocked during Self-exclusion.
Underage gambling
Bdok prohibits participation by individuals under 18. If there is a concern that a minor is using Bdok services, customers should report to Bdok support so that appropriate verification and actions can be taken. Bdok may request documentation to confirm age and identity at any time.
Your friends and family
Problem gambling can affect friends, family, and colleagues. Early signs may be subtle and difficult to detect. If you are concerned about another person, engage in a non-judgemental conversation and encourage seeking professional help or counselling through certified support services in your jurisdiction. Bdok supports families and will provide information about how to access independent help and guidance on assisting loved ones.
Help and support
Bdok offers responsible gaming support through its Customer Care channels. Customers may contact Bdok via Live Chat on the site or through secure email routed from the account area. Bdok may provide referrals to qualified counselling services and other approved support resources. All assistance is provided in accordance with privacy and data protection requirements and with a view to safeguarding the customer’s welfare.
Policy updates
Bdok may update this policy to reflect changes in laws, licensing requirements, or best practices in responsible gaming. When updates are made, Bdok will provide access to the revised policy within the platform, and continued use of Bdok services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Data protection and privacy
Bdok processes personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws and its own privacy policy. Customers may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data, subject to legal and regulatory requirements. Bdok retains records to comply with licensing, auditing, and regulatory obligations and to protect the safety and integrity of its services.
