Scope and Acceptance

These Deposit Terms govern all deposits to a Bdok account. By initiating a deposit you acknowledge and agree to these terms, including method specific limits, processing times and verification requirements.

Accepted Deposit Methods

  • Fiat deposits: Deposits may be made with card based payments and through supported bank transfer solutions. Fiat deposits are processed in the fiat currency of the account and Bdok may convert sums to its base accounting currency where necessary for internal settlement.
  • Cryptocurrency deposits: Bdok accepts listed virtual currencies, including BTC, ETH, LTC, BCH, USDT, ADA, XRP, BNB, DOGE and other currencies supported on the deposit page. Crypto deposits are credited after the respective network confirms the transaction. The number of confirmations required will be stated for each currency at the time of deposit.

Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is €25 or equivalent. The maximum deposit per transaction depends on the selected method and the payment provider; typical ceilings are up to €5,000 per transaction. Bdok may apply lower or higher limits based on jurisdiction, risk assessment, and compliance checks. Multiple deposits may be processed to reach a larger total, subject to verification and internal controls.

Processing Times and Settlement

Fiat deposits via card or wallet channel are typically credited instantly or within minutes, subject to security checks. Bank transfers may require 1–3 business days depending on the sending bank and settlement rails. Crypto deposits are credited only after the required network confirmations are observed; the exact timeframe depends on the currency and network congestion at the time of deposit.

Identity Verification and Compliance

Bdok may require identity verification and source of funds documentation before accepting deposits or before permitting withdrawals. Deposited funds may be held pending completion of verification procedures. Bdok complies with applicable anti money laundering and know your customer regulations, and may adjust verification requirements over time. Funds must originate from lawful sources; deposits from illicit origins are prohibited.

Ownership and Use of Deposited Funds

Funds deposited into a Bdok account remain the property of the depositor and may be used solely for Bdok services in accordance with these terms. Bdok may suspend or reverse a deposit if fraud, misrepresentation, or other unlawful activity is suspected, or as required by law or policy.

Fees and Deductions

Deposit fees may apply depending on the method and jurisdiction. Any applicable fee will be disclosed on the deposit page prior to confirmation. Bdok reserves the right to modify fees; material changes will be communicated in accordance with applicable law.

Security and Fraud Prevention

Bdok employs standard security measures to protect payment data and funds. Deposits are deposited into segregated accounts and held in accordance with legal requirements. Bdok may impose additional verification steps or suspend deposits where activity appears suspicious or inconsistent with normal wagering patterns.

Refunds, Chargebacks and Reversals

A chargeback or reversal initiated by a payment processor or bank may result in suspension of the user account and reversal of deposited funds. Bdok may apply administrative actions or penalties and may withhold funds as permitted by law. Refunds are at the sole discretion of Bdok and are not guaranteed. When a refund is issued, Bdok will specify the grounds, timing and any limitations. Users may be required to provide information to resolve disputes with payment providers.

Modifications and Jurisdiction

Bdok may amend these Deposit Terms at any time. Notwithstanding amendments, deposits made prior to the change remain governed by the terms in force at the time of their execution, unless otherwise required by law or policy. Deposits are subject to the laws and regulations applicable to Bdok operations.
