Overview

Bdok offers regulated sports betting on a range of markets. This document describes the rules that govern all bets placed on Bdok’s sports products, including how bets are formed, how they are settled, and the rights and obligations of Bdok and the customer.

Eligibility and Compliance

All customers must meet applicable lawful requirements to place bets. The minimum age for participation is 18 years. Bdok reserves the right to verify identity and to suspend or close accounts that fail to comply with these requirements or with regulatory expectations, including requests for information or documents necessary to confirm eligibility.

Key Definitions

  • Event – a sporting contest or other activity on which Bdok offers a bet.
  • Market – a specific betting option within an Event (for example, match result, total goals, handicap).
  • Outcome – the result or condition that determines which bets win.
  • Official Result – the final outcome as published by the relevant governing body or a designated official data provider; Bdok may rely on internal data only where no official result is available.
  • Regular Time – the standard period of play for an Event as defined by the sport’s governing rules, absent any stated exceptions in the market terms.
  • Settlement – the process by which Bdok determines whether a bet wins or loses and pays the corresponding winnings, based on the applicable Official Result and market terms.

Bet Acceptance and Validity

  • Bets are accepted only when Bdok’s wagering system records the wager and confirms it to the customer. A bet is not considered placed until confirmation is received.
  • If an Event is suspended or canceled before the start or during Regular Time and is not resumed within 24 hours, all unsettled bets on that Event will be void unless the outcome has already been determined at the time of suspension.
  • If an Event begins before the scheduled start time and the result is determined prior to the new official start, bets placed before the change remain valid; bets placed after the start time will be void.
  • Bdok reserves the right to void bets or adjust settlements where there is fraud, manipulation, or system error, in accordance with the rules governing such situations.

Settlement and Void Rules

  • Settlements are based on the Official Result and the specific market terms applicable at the time of settlement. If there is credible evidence of data discrepancy, Bdok will apply its internal rules to determine the settlement outcome, and such decision is final.
  • If an Event is suspended and its final outcome cannot be established within the standard window, Bdok may consider the Event void and reimburse stake amounts, subject to market terms and applicable governing rules.
  • Dividend (payout) rates for a market may change prior to settlement. The pivotal rate for settlement is the rate displayed by Bdok at the time of settlement for that market; no wagers will be settled at a rate not displayed at settlement.

Live (In-Play) Betting

Live betting is offered where available and is subject to real-time updates. Settlements for Live Bets are made in accordance with the market’s defined resolution point, based on the finalOfficial result or as otherwise stated in the market terms. If the Event is interrupted and cannot be completed, Live Bets on that Event may be voided in line with the general void rules above.

Market Types and Examples

The following market types are offered where applicable. Each market includes a definition of how a winner is determined and any special conditions:

  • Match Result (Regular Time) – the winner is the team or participant recorded as the final result at the end of Regular Time; overtime or penalties are not included unless the market expressly states otherwise.
  • First Half / Second Half Result – outcome of the specified half during Regular Time.
  • Draw No Bet – selection of a team to win; a draw results in a void bet.
  • Double Chance – cover two of three possible outcomes (e.g., home win or draw).
  • Over/Under – bet on whether the aggregate score will be over or under a specified threshold.
  • Asian Handicap – a market where one team is given a virtual advantage or disadvantage expressed as a fractional handcap; settlement follows the final score including the handicap adjustment.
  • Correct Score – predict the exact final score of an Event for the Market’s duration.
  • Both Teams to Score – both teams must score at least one goal for a bet to win.
  • First Goal / Last Goal – predict which team scores first or last in the Event, subject to market terms.

Handicap and Asian Handicap

Handicap markets assign a virtual advantage or disadvantage to one side. Asian Handicap markets apply a continuous handicap without a draw option, resulting in a full or half goal outcome. Settlement follows the final score adjusted by the handicap. If the Event is void or not completed, the standard void rules apply to Handicap markets as well.

Special Situations

  • If a match is postponed, canceled, or stopped and not resumed within 24 hours, bets on that match are generally void unless the market specifies otherwise.
  • In events with variable formats (e.g., playoffs, extra time), settlement is based on the event components defined in the market terms unless the governing competition provides a different resolution rule.
  • Local regulatory guidance and official data sources determine the authoritative result. In the absence of reliable official data, Bdok may rely on internal data to determine settlements, subject to review and potential adjustment in accordance with internal policies.

Disputes, Amendments and Communication

Any dispute regarding a bet must be raised within a reasonable period after settlement. Bdok reserves the right to amend these rules in response to regulatory changes or to reflect market developments. Customers will be notified of material changes where required by law and regulation.

Responsible Gambling

Bdok promotes responsible gambling. Participants must recognize signs of problem gambling and may use self-exclusion tools or contact support for assistance. Bdok adheres to age-verification and consumer protection practices in accordance with applicable law.

These betting rules are governed by the laws applicable to Bdok’s operating jurisdiction. For questions about these rules or a specific bet, customers should contact Bdok’s customer support channels as disclosed in the platform’s Help or Support section.
